Plastering: All aspects of plastering works undertaken including plastering, rendering, pebble dashing, screeding and coving.

Plumbing: Installation of radiators, bathrooms suits including basin, bath, toilet and shower. Hot and cold water systems and boilers are all undertaken. All work involving electric or gas is certified and passed by a (Part P for electric / Corgi Registered for gas appliances) qualified tradesmen.

Electrical: Part P Building Regulations applies to electrical installations in buildings or parts of buildings and aims to tighten and enforce electrical regulations as defined by the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE). These regulations now mean that *most* electrical changes, additions and updates within dwellings fall under Part P, and must comply with the IEE, the BS7671 wiring regulations.
